The hill gardens are two long beds, one bounded by a large birdhouse and Japanese maple tree, and the
other featuring many of our own favorite daylily seedlings.
Newer daylily cultivars, unusual perennials, clumps of asiatic lilies and a large collection of bearded Iris, form drifts of color from
late spring to fall. The two long beds run from the street to the back seedling beds in varying widths. Standing at these beds, looking
down it is easy to survey most of the property and the gardens that surround us.
